Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on order size, product availability, or customization.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Any available shipping options will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Carrier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally occur.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Talusforge is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box so we can assist you.

If tracking shows that your package has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps with the shipping carrier.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or another issue outside of our control, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order shipped again.
